TaskLoop is built to be private by design. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Full stop.
Your data stays on your device
Everything you enter — items, completion history, notes, photos, and documents — is stored locally on your device. TaskLoop has no account system, no servers, and no cloud sync. We never see your data.
No tracking, no analytics
TaskLoop contains no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking SDKs. We do not build a profile of you and there is nothing to opt out of.
Permissions we request (and why)
• Camera & Photo Library — only to attach photos or videos that you choose to a note. Media is copied into the app on your device and is never uploaded.
• Files / Documents — only to attach a document you select. It stays on your device.
• Notifications — only to deliver the reminders and daily digest you choose to enable.
These permissions are optional; the app works without them, and nothing they touch ever leaves your device.
Backups
Automatic backups are written to the app's storage on your device and are included in your personal iCloud device backup, which is controlled by your iOS and iCloud settings and governed by Apple's terms. Any backup file you export is created at your request and shared only to the destination you choose.
Children's privacy
TaskLoop does not collect data from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and post the revised version at this URL.
